Angle Vale has been home to Virgara Wines for over 50 years. With its mild climate and rich soil, it was the natural place for the Virgara family to establish their winery.

Jon and Con have brought into fruition their father, Pando's dream of distilling Rakia with a modern twist. Since then, they have expanded to include award-winning Gin, Vodka, Whisky and Limoncello. Their premium spirits range is crafted using ingredients sourced directly from their family farm or the finest Australian produce. No added artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Thistle Meadery was formed from the need for a good Mead and the pure enjoyment of our involvement in the Medieval scene here in Adelaide. However, we felt there was no good-tasting mead to enjoy, and we felt we could correct that. Over the course of the last 12 or so years, we have played with, experimented with and Tested (consumed) many varied meads to arrive at the range of specialised drinks we now have. 

Red Hen Spirits is a family-owned distillery located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. Founded by the Vallelonga brothers, Michael, Daniel, Anthony, and their lifelong friend Luke Page, our story began with a simple goal - to create a spirit that would bring our loved ones together.
